We provide specialized training solutions for companies in the industry relating to environmental controlin pig facilities. These training activities are aimed at both continuous and specific training for professional development.
We also offer tailored specialist courses aimed at operators, technicians, maintenance managers, engineers, veterinarians, middle management, etc. designed to optimize their capability by improving their knowledge and skills in the management of their work.
The workshop is a method of teaching/learning that is eminently practical and adaptable to the needs of the customer. Part of the training is carried out “face-to-face”, with the theoretical fundamentals being provided (although these are also eminently practical), with a view to conveying basic knowledge by means of participant-trainer interaction. Another part of the training is carried out “on-farm” with the objective of developing skills and competences in the field, as well as resolving the main real problems that arise in real-life situations.
Improvements in knowledge are also achieved through discussion of practical cases that arise during validation of environmental control in the analyzed housing. In groups, a practical analysis is carried out on the farm of the ventilation system and quality, based on calculations and measurements, ending up with results, conclusions and recommendations for improvement of the facility.
